This book defines what is, and is not, racist.  Readers will likely discover that much of their own thinking is racist, possibly for the first time.  This is a full fleshing out of the framework the author uses in Stamped from the Beginning, which is already on your list.  I’m a board certified psychologist who is the diversity representative for my specialty board, as well as being on diversity committees for other professional organizations.  I have literally read many thousands of pages on diversity issues.  I think this is The Definitive Book on Racism available today.  All humans should read it.
